This is probably a 4.5-star, but I'm rounding up because dang, I'd love to have that sammich again. This place was hoppin when we walked in. Standing room only and a line to order. Hmmm... stay or bail? Our group sent a scout to scope out tables. How's the food look? Really good, he says. Any tables almost done? Yep. Glad we stayed! I struggled between a muffelata and a smoked turkey sandwich. I asked if they could do a smoked turkey muffelata. Nope, they wouldn't mess with their successful recipes. Aight, I respect that. I really wanted some smoked turkey, so I went that route. Wonderful smoked turkey. Loooooved it. Great bread, too. Only slight ding on it being an obvious 5 stars were the chips. Fresh fried and good - but very greasy. Needed to drain and dry a little longer - maybe a draining rack with heat lamp? People working here were awesome. Value was there. Solid spot.

The food was good but nothing amazing. I enjoyed the Moroccan Spiced Lamb wrap. The Salmon Belly was good. I have mixed feelings about the Cajun Fried Ribs. The meat was fall off the bone tender but the excellent quality of the well-cooked meat was ruined by it being overly seasoned. Nice atmosphere with outdoor seating.

They make their sausage in house and it's OFF THE CHARTS great! They have the fastest table service I have ever seen, and I worked in the restaurant business for a few years! This place is fun and relaxing, perfect for meeting friends or just hanging out for a minute or picking up fresh meats, sausages and hot sauce!

This spot was recommended by our tour guide from a boozy brunch crawl, so we swung by after the wwii museum! The inside is spacious and bright. Hesitant to try a muffuletta again, I went ahead and agreed to share one with my friend. So glad I did because it redeemed my image of the sandwich lol! The sandwich was juicy and flavorful. There wasn't one flavor that was overpowering the other. I added their hot sauce with every few bites, which was amazing! They serve the sandwiches with bread and butter pickles on the side. Would prefer the saltier ones rather than sweet, but they were good regardless. The Mac n cheese was alright. The only thing I enjoyed about it was the bread crumb topping with some herb seasoning. The Mac n cheese itself didn't taste like much, not even like cheese. The inside was bland and mushy. Not worth $8 in my opinion. I had a bite of the pretzel and that was also just okay. On the tougher side, and I didn't care for the dipping sauce, which was like a horseradish mustard. Sandwiches and service are great overall though! One of the employees made sure we took drinks to go to fare in the hot weather since we would have to make our trek back to the trolley. She was lovely to talk to, and she gave us insight on things to do around town!

Cochon Butcher was a phenomenal place to stop for food. My family ordered a few sandwiches to share and realized we were going to have to order more from how good it was. Each sandwich was amazing. The meat quality is very high and there was so much flavor. The pork belly sandwich was delicious and juicy. I am marking this place for the future, 100% will be back.

We had a great time here a little while ago . You can place your order online and pick it up at the restaurant if you're in a hurry, or you can order at the front and eat at one of the tables. We chose to sit at the bar, which allowed us to avoid the line and order all our food directly from the bartender. Our bartender was super nice too! The food was amazing--everything we had was so yummy.

If you are at the convention center where you can find zero food options, you can walk to this place (go to entrance C and walk straight down that street for 5 minutes). There is a restaurant and butcher/deli. You can sit down and eat or order to go from the deli. The deli has a ton of meat selection and you can quickly get something to go and be back at the convention center in 20 minutes or less with palatable food.

Great spot for lunch if you are visiting the WWII museum nearby. Also, a sneaky good place for lunch if you are a Star Wars fan. The Star Wars paraphernalia is somewhat subtle, but if you sit at the bar you will definitely notice the X-wing suspended by wires. Our purpose for the stop was to try a muffuletta, which was on point and delicious. Don't mistake Cochon Butcher for Cochon (more formal), keep walking a few feet and you will hit Cochon Butcher.

Pros: Love the contemporary hipster vibe of the whole place. It felt very comfortable and warm and inviting. Service was impeccable. Seriously, some of the nicest people we met our whole time in the city. They made good recommendations to us. Good was bonkers good. You think the meat you eat every day is high quality, but then you come to a proper meat place and you learn the truth. Cons: No cons. Just need a bigger tummy. Tips: Get the Duck Pastrami Sliders! Most unique thing, very fun, very delicious.
